[WT-support] Win-Test for WRTC

Does your Windows 10 machine have a legacy parallel port (LPT) that you
want to use for CW keying or PTT?  If not,

   1. Start Win-Test
   2. Ignore the error about DLPortIO.dll
   3. From the WinTest menu select *Options | Configure interfaces*
   4. In the top right corner, uncheck the LPT box
   5. Click OK
   6. Close and reopen Win-Test and you should get no more error messages
   about DlPortio

If you *do* want to use the LPT port under any 64-bit Windows, Port95NT.exe
and DlPortio will not work.  Instead, follow the instructions here:
