[WT-support] CQ160

It should be saved into C:\ProgramData\Win-Test\Databases\ on ALL of these
operating systems IF "Run as an Administrator" is checked, otherwise the
location will be some hard-to-find VirtualStore directory such as

%localappdata%\VirtualStore\ProgramData\Win-Test\Databases\ .
