Well I installed the file mentioned above and run it as Administrator 
and also chose to run WT as Administrator and when the contest record 
box opens up and is open for about 5 secs, WT errors out and stops 
working.  I went into the MP3 setting and chose the new codec to be used 
also.  I may just have to keep using windows recorder.  I will keep 
working on this problem.  If anymore suggestions are available I would 
like to hear them.  Thanks again.
