No.  See http://lists.f5mzn.org/pipermail/support/2011-March/081020.html .
 Win-Test was not designed to support a single-op networking two computers,
that is, it doesn't support software lockout or serial number "reservation."
 Many people do use two computers with Win-Test, but hardware lockout
circuits are mandatory.

You should use the Win-Test menu: *Edit | Edit serial number* to correct the
log so that it records the serial number that was actually sent to the other
station. Yes this will slow you down occasionally, but it is OK for your
Cabrillo file to have two #199s in the Sent Exchange field. Do that, and
neither station will lose points. Or you can just log a note about any
particular QSO (via Alt-N), then edit the Cabrillo file later.

Put the extra messages into the Alt-C window, then select *Tools | Scripts
Manager* from the menu and create a two-line LUA script named PlayAddlM1:

*PlayAddlM1.wts*:

wtKeyer:PlayAdditionalMsg(1);
return -1;

then assign that script to the Shift-F1 key. Unfortunately, I have not
tried this on RTTY; it may only work on CW. Please try it and let us know.

Win-Test only supports one MMTTY decoder per radio.

As you probably can tell by now, Win-Test was optimized for serious CW and
SSB contesters, then RTTY support was added later, just for those who want
to operate RTTY less seriously and not have to learn an entirely new
program.

If you are a super serious competitive RTTY contester, then Win-Test is
probably not the right choice.
