WT doesn't accept WL cty files. For now, we are sticking to the CT files
syntax...

On the other hand, we have a solution ;-)

Mike F5IN created a (much) detailled CTY.DAT, which included US and VE
zones (among others). Tnx Mike !

You can find it here :

http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY_WT_MOD.DAT

It's named CTY_WT_MOD.DAT, to avoid confusion.

To use it :

0/ Exit WT if it runs.
1/ Download http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY_WT_MOD.DAT (!)
2/ Move it in your WT directory if needed (I mean the one with your
current WRTC wt.exe executable file)
3/ Rename CTY_WT.DAT to CTY_WT.DAT.SAV to save it (to be able to revert,
just in case !)
4/ Rename CTY_WT_MOD.DAT to CTY_WT.DAT
5/ Start WT

It should work, now !

PS : The above instructions also applies for regular WT (non-WRTC) versions.
