EXPLANATION / SOLUTION:

I installed the wintest-3.0.1-wrtc into the SAME directory
on the computer, where I had an older version of Win-Test.
In this directory the file "hf.dtb" was still present.
Obviously the Win-Test WRTC version is still able to read
and use this file. I renamed "hf.dtb" to something else and
Win-Test is no longer showing database callsigns in N+1 window.

The committee/referees should be made aware of this so that
they are able to make sure the feature is not used...
