[WT-support] Version 4.27 Crash on Windows 7

Hi Bob and all,
thank you for the suggestion.
My user was/is "administrator" but obviously seems 
it is necessary to explicitly define to "RUN as Administrator"and I added also to run in Windows 7 compatibility,for good measure.
Now it is OK.73--

First, try to install the latest version of Win-Test 4.30 on the Windows 7 machine, using the latest full version, not the "udpate":

I went back till 4.17 which starts and works OK.From v 4.18 ist started to crash.
