You may be missing files, or trying to use the old LPT port driver,
especially if you just copied the entire Win-Test folder from the Windows
XP machine to the Windows 7 machine, instead of doing a clean reinstall.

First, try to install the latest version of Win-Test 4.30 on the Windows 7
machine, using the latest *full version*, not the "udpate":

http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin/wt-4.30.0.exe

(web site password required). If you don't have the web site password, see the
FAQ page
<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/FAQ:Problems_Registering_and_Running>).

Be sure to RIGHT CLICK and select "Run as Administrator" on the install
program. After install completes, RIGHT CLICK on the new Win-Test
shortcut, Properties, Compatibility tab, and check "Run as an
Administator." Win-Test must run as Administrator in Windows 7 and later
for best compatibility.
