[WT-support] Version 4.27 Crash on Windows 7

Hi all,
upgraded my XP computer to Windows 7.
To my surprise version 4.27 crash after even  not having completed the startup.
I went back till 4.17 which starts and works OK.From v 4.18 ist started to crash.
