[WT-support] Band Data from U2R ACC ports

Sorry Bob for the late answer.

I accept the below this config which worked properly on my setup:

I did not touched the USB router's bandmap config.

I tried different configs actually tried first the one you specified below
and did not switched to the needed band.

On the other hand it happened several times during the contest
that after a certain band change the relays switched back and forth in 
some cases.
Hands on heart was not able to find the pattern of this but sometimes 
there were several relay clicks after an change instance.
