[WT-support] Band Data from U2R ACC ports

However it is interesting. 

If I check the USB router's band map values all of them comes 
from the BIN > DECimal conversion:

40m: bin? 0011 / usbr> 3 and   
80m: bin> 0010 / usbr> 2, fair, this is what we expect.

But if I check the usbR' "PTT & ACC" tab below, the

...on first shot the ABCD data display seems to be in reversed order
Radio1 is on 40m and radio2 on 80.

Is there any reason for Win-Test adds +1 to the decimal values for the
particular band?

For example for 80m column "3" how ever it is 0010 which is 2 in DEC.


It might be some reasoning behind just I cannot see right away.
