Oh, you have MicroKeyer II, not an MK2R+l, sorry. My instructions applied
to bypassing the MicroKeyer completely and just using the K3S sound card
and USB cable, since you were having so much trouble. It's just less
things to go wrong.
I can't see any advantage of using the MicroKeyer II in a phone contest
when you have a K3S hooked up by USB cable, except, yes, you can mute the
mic when a message is playing (something Win-Test doesn't support directly
any more when using the sound card in the radio).
