[WT-support] Online Score Board not working

Win-Test does not lock its log files like more modern loggers such as N1MM
or DXKeeper.

This means means you will get periodical error messages if you put the
active Win-Test log
files on in a synchronized folder, like Dropbox or OneDrive.

For backup/safety reasons I still do this, but I always disable
synchronization before starting Win-Test.
It's a simple right-click action.
