[WT-support] Support Digest, Vol 170, Issue 3

My issues and thanks to those who responded

Issue 1: I tried again late last night and it all worked so new laptop now
registered
Issue 2: Again last night I tried and it all worked fine. Think you were
right Bob in that it was perhaps a temporary outage or denial of service
attack for both issue 1 & 2
Issue 3: Thanks again Bob for your advice, I managed to put wt.exe into
McAfee so that it wouldn't scan it so all working ok.
