[WT-support] WT and IC7400 can't communicate properly

Congrats.

For the record, you *could* set the hex address to 66 as explained here
<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/WT.INI#Generic_ICOM_radio> in the Wiki.

In WT.INI, under [Interfaces], add:

IcomGenericRadio1=66h

But selecting IC746pro is the better choice.
