[WT-support] Use of iaru2018.xdt is allowed for WRTC2018 participants

Oh, and if you haven't done so already, try enabling:

Tools | Data Entry | Exchange guessing | Automatically

Then the HQ prefix is prefilled as soon as the last letter of the call is
typed, no need to press Spacebar or Enter.
