[WT-support] Runtime error

Hi to all.

When the win-test starts, a box appears with the following error:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library. Runtime error!"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both as a normal user and as a administrator, but the error remains
I have also reinstalled the Microsoft Visual C++
I have windows 10 home

Can you help me solve it?
Where is there information or how do I solve this problem?
