[WT-support] IOTA contest ... Multi-TWO ... alternate outgoing serial Numbers?

Larry, I have been suggesting the random number approach for some time. It stops the nonsense of serial number contiguousness, and adds extra challenge to the operators. I guess it would not mean a huge challenge for log software authors😀
