Maybe. You never know what is in the adjudicators mind ;-)

IMHO, the "serial numbering" is a vertige of the past, when its primary 
use was to manually cross-check logs easily. It has been maintained 
despite the contesting evolution, with multi-TRX, multi-band, 
multi-mode, sometimes at the same time.

It's clear that the serial numbers can't be unique AND sequential (no 
missing numbers) AND ordered while operating in these conditions. At 
best, you can pick two of these criteria only.

BTW, as the serial has lost its cross-check property, it would be fun to 
use a random generated 4-digits number for each Q instead ;-) It would 
make logging accuracy more difficult.
