If you don't have any "master" file, Win-Test is also *supposed* to (see 
bug below) use VHF.DTB for the VHF+ contests as the default Check 
Partial and N+1 database.

It is ;-)  A stupid typo broke the normal order. Silly me !

The next dev release will include a bugfix. There are also chances there 
will be an official release before the next IARU Rgn 1 VHF contest in 
early September.
