[WT-support] WT-Remote +WIN 10

HI

I just checked on a different PC that is the actual contest PC and it turns out that at least the installation works, not directly but after I put the DLL in both system32/drivers and the WT directory in program files.

I will perhaps abandon trying to get things going on this bigger desktop, although for testing purposes this could be nice to get to work.

I usually put it in the same folder as wtRemote. And try both versions 
(32 bit and 64 bit) just in case. I never used Win10, but I've been able 
to run wtRemote on a win7-64bit installation (but I can't remember all 
the details).
