[WT-support] BAND MAP ISSUE

Some other possibilities:

   1. Clock is wrong (use a master PC to sync all clocks).
   2. One computer has faulty or misconfigured firewall or anti-spyware
   software that blocks some packets
   3. One computer is running different version of Win-Test
   4. wtDxTelnet is out of date
   5. SETUP, Network Advanced Protocols, click Default button to reset
