[WT-support] Win-test HQ updated Version for IARU

I found the same problem using WT 4.16 ver and WT 4.13-HQ free ver, the right is the free version of HQ could operate on the same network with other registered versions (4.16 for example), it´s posible?

What version are you trying to use?  What is not working?   Are you trying to run the HQ version on the same LAN as WT 4.16?  That is not supported.  Run the same version of Win-Test on every computer in the LAN, including remote HQ stations.

I don't see any IARU-specific updates in the Release Notes since version 4.14.

The curren HQ  version does not fit with the current WT version and I'm experiencing problems with some tests.
