[WT-support] Support for X-QSO

Careful reading of the CQ rules indicates that X-QSO allows removal of a known mistake from a log submission to avoid a penalty to the submitting station but will give credit to the other station for the QSO. Sounds reasonable. So for CQ contests, just edit the Cabrillo log file substituting X-QSO for QSO in the erroneous contact lines -- it does not require a modification to the WinTest software until all contest sponsors accept X-QSO.

The use of X-QSO has not been universally adopted by contest sponsors. The use of X-QSO in a log for a contest that does not support it creates various problems with the log submission. At best the QSO is ignored, and the other person will get a NIL. At worse your log is treated as a check log.
I think it would be risky to add a feature that only a few contest will accept creating issues for the contests that don't support it.

Once in while people do make mistakes, and the way I see it it is the only way to not get penalty for working a QSO on the wrong band in a M/S, for example working a guy accidentally who is not a mult.
