[WT-support] Support for X-QSO

Editing the Cabrillo file is the best solution for now if you want to
change QSO: to X-QSO:

Use the Alt-N (note) feature during the contest to make notes about the
QSOs you want to update.

However, I don't think there is an extra penalty for working a non-mult on
a multiplier station or violating the 10-minute rule or band change limits;
you just lose the QSO (in ARRL and *CQ* Contests).  So, there should be no
difference in your score if you leave the "bad" QSOs in the log.

However, if you can show us a UBN report from some contest sponsor where
you would have clearly had a higher score if you had used X-QSO: instead of
QSO:, that would be helpful.
