[WT-support] Displaying K3 state in Win-Test

A Win-Test script can send commands to a radio, but it cannot read the
response. It can display a pop-up message box, but it cannot display a
specialized status window. Any new function would have to support all
major radios, not just the K3.

Instead, consider sharing the radio's serial port, either via OmniRig,
Com0Com, or a microHAM box. Then both Win-Test and a rig status display
program can access the radio at the same time. However, that may cause new
problems under certain conditions.

Many are using RemoteRig boxes and a second local K3 or K3/0 for remote
contesting.
