[WT-support] Elecraft P3 LUA scripts updated

I've released a new version of my Elecraft P3 LUA scripts that allow you to
easily control the P3 band scope from the Win-Test logging window.  This is
much easier than constantly fiddling with the P3 Span and Center knobs.

Download the scripts from http://bit.ly/wtscripts (P3scripts.zip).  For
similar control of Icom band scopes, download IcomScripts.zip.

Summary of Changes:
  24 Aug 15 - Added P3Span5, P3Span25, P3Span50, P3Span100, and P3Span200
            - Added Install_P3scripts and Uninstall_P3scripts to automate
installation
            - Added top-of-band limits to prevent out of band signal display
            - Automatically enable P3 Fixed mode with half-span scrolling
            - Recognize additional 1 MHz band segments on 10m and 6m
