[WT-support] New and improved Win-Test extensions for the Elecraft K3 (LUA scripts)

I've updated and enhanced my LUA scripts that automate control of the
Elecraft K3 from the Win-Test keyboard. Using the keyboard is often easier
and faster than navigating through the K3 menus or hunting for tiny
buttons. It also makes it easier to switch from one radio type to the next
since the keystrokes and commands can be set the same.

You may download the latest version of K3scripts.zip from
http://bit.ly/wtscripts . Details documented in Readme_K3scripts.txt
inside the Zip.

New in this release are install scripts that automate keyboard and text
command definitions. You no longer have to manually assign each script to
a key, one at a time, using the Scripts Manager.

Highlights:

   - (new) Install and Uninstall scripts automate setup
   - (new) Separate KDVR3 Install and Uninstall scripts for those with
   KDVR3 voice memory option
   - ClearRIT
   - SwapVFO
   - Move RIT up/down
   - Move VFO A or VFO B up/down
   - A=B
   - (new) B=A
   - (new) RX ANT On/Off
   - (new) Diversity On/Off
   - (new) SubRx On/Off
   - Play or interrupt DVR (KDVR3) voice messages (F1, INSERT, Esc. etc.)
   - (new) Record DVR (KDVR3) voice messages (Shift+F1, Shift+F2, Esc.,
   etc.)
   - Toggle between KDVR3 memory BANK 1 and BANK 2 (for phone multi-ops
   change of operator)
   - (new) Generate or interrupt high speed RTTY contest messages using
radio's internal FSK generator, no FSK keying circuit or LINE IN connection
required. MMTTY COM port not required for Tx. Ad hoc RTTY text may be
sent via Alt-K (this key is not redefined by install scripts; if wanted,
   define manually using Scripts manager).
   Example:
   F1 = #PLAY("CQ $MYCALL $MYCALL")
   - (new) *dxpedK3.wt4* sample log file with typical RTTY messages
pre-programmed. Use as template to define your contest log messages.
   - Keep radio's internal CW keyer paddle speed in sync with Win-Test (-1
   or -2 WPM)
   - (new) Swap dot/dash paddles (for CW multi-ops with left/right
   handed-ops sharing internal keyer)
   - Eliminate unnecessary K31; ... K30; commands from all scripts

These are all supported by me, not by the Win-Test developers. Please send
any bug reports and/or wish list suggestions directly to me.

73,
Bob, N6TV
