I think it will work the same as Windows 7 64-bit, but I haven't touched
Windows 10 myself (yet).

For 64-bit systems, InpOut32.dll will be required to avoid this message:

"DLPORTIO.SYS Device Driver not Loaded. Port I/O will have no effect.""
