[WT-support] Registration Key request confirmed but no email

Dear friends,
i'm trying to re-install Win-Test 4.17 on a new laptop with Windows 10.
I have all the necessary info and i entered my computer code into the
registration process.
All seems to be correct (as i made it in the past), but I didn't yet
received any registration key via email. I tried 3 times .. but it looks
i'm doing something wrong or i have ... to wait.
Anyone can shed some light ?
