[WT-support] WT 4.15.0 S&P Bandmap Anomally

Wes,

Increase the *Frequency Change Threshold* to 300 Hz or so.  Leave spots
bandwidth as 0 Hz.  The ~ means "operator entered spot".  Entry with the
"~" will happen if you move the VFO x Hz or more in S&P mode with those
other options enabled, after clicking on a spot.
