[WT-support] How to avoid automatic SSB message bank selection??

Hi,

The problem is that for those ops who have not recorded personal messages a new empty message bank will be created automatically. And I would like all the ops use the one recorded set, not different ones.

How to avoid the logging in triggering change of the message bank??

Hi Tonno,

I agree that there are different message sets for different operators but as far as I remember,

when OP A has recorded his messages while being logged in as OP A WT will select these

messages every time OP A logs in, i.e. messages are not empty!

So far was using this setup:

WinXP

Device-Router 7.7.1

Haven't tested with Win7 and newer Router.

An old problem, but I have never taken time to search for solution. Hoping someone can assist.

While using WT with MKII’s in MM setup and having OPs log on, the MKII always creates a new message bank for every OP!! An empty one! And I cannot have the ops uses prerecorded set of messages.

How to avoid the MKII reacting to OP change by changing/creating message bank??
