[WT-support] How to avoid automatic SSB message bank selection??

An old problem, but I have never taken time to search for solution. Hoping
someone can assist.

 

While using WT with MKII's in MM setup and having OPs log on, the MKII
always creates a new message bank for every OP!! An empty one! And I cannot
have the ops uses prerecorded set of messages.

 

How to avoid the MKII reacting to OP change by changing/creating message
bank??
