[WT-support] Wintest WRTC-version problem with microHam

Hi there!

We're testing here our WRTC setup and noticed some misbehavior with
Win-Test and microHam router.

There's very remarkable delay when sending CW or SSB from Win-Test.
Win-Test also indicates "microHam device initial error".

If sending CW or SSB directly from Router, all works just fine, so
obviously there's some kind of a problem with communication between WT
and Router.

We're having exactly the same problem with both station setups.

Setup A:
HP laptop, with Win7
microHam Router version 8.5.6
Win-Test version 4.13.0-wrtc
MK2R+ latest FW that came with Router

Setup B:
Samsung laptop, with Win 8
microHam Router version 8.5.6
Win-Test version 4.13.0-wrtc
MK2R+ latest FW that came with Router
