[WT-support] AlfaSpid rotator

Hello,
Just installed the evaluation version of WT (4.11.0-DEMO). When setting up the rotator I ran into a problem. 
Have read the older messages on this list, but no success yet (tried the Hy-Gain emulation, no success; PstRotatorAz works fine).
I have setup the rotator in 'wtRotators'. When finished wtRotators 'says': "COM4 to AlfaSpid: opened".
There is a small window (with 2 buttons which should show the heading? (in green)). The buttons in this window don't seem to work ...
I also checked the Serial settings in the Windows Device manager, which say the serial communication is 1200N1
Anyone seen and solved this issue?
