[WT-support] ARRL DX 10 M - multiplier help list

Go to File/Update Database and Browse to the former ARRL 10-Meter log whose
exchange data you want added to ARRL_10M.DTB.  Start with your oldest
Cabrillo file and work up to the most recent log file.
