Not of which I am aware.  But if I understand your description, even after
exiting Win-Test, the keyboard was still unusuable?  That sounds like a
weak connector or an RFI issue, not a software issue.

If you are using a USB keyboard, try unplugging it, then plugging it back
in.  Or were you using a built-in notebook keyboard?  Or were you using a
docking station?

Please try to reproduce the problem, step by step, otherwise there is
little hope of any "fix" being provided.

I'm betting on RFI though.  All it takes is one weak coax connector that
arcs, or static discharge from a wool sweater to cause a keyboard to hang,
depending on the hardware and how well it is shielded and grounded.
