[WT-support] WtRotator

I set up my DCU-1 rotator and I can not get the "CON" light up on the small
window. The"CON"lights up for a second then it goes OFF.
The COM8 is open so that is OK, I think/?
I have set the rotator on the network because I have 2 PC's. Did I miss
something?
