[WT-support] CW sending problem - additional

Check all your CW messages to ensure that you have a balanced number of
"++" (QRQ) and "--" (QRS) characters.  Better yet, remove ALL of those
speed changes to help the worldwide CW Skimmer network (RBN) spot you
faster.
