Thanks for reply, Bob, but there has to be something else. I always keep 
"Hide extensions of known filetypes" unticked in folder options and can 
see clearly which file which extension has.
By the way, If I enter any QSO and do WRITEDB, ARRL-USVE.DTB file 
modification date is changed.
Actually, I created my own ARRL-USVE.DTB with 20000+ callsigns, but can 
not load neither created by me, nor provided by WinTest.
