[WT-support] DTB databases

Depending on how you downloaded the files, chances are the files were named
incorrectly when saved, e.g. ARIDX.DTB.DTB.  Of course the contest type
also has to match (e.g., ARI DX Contest).

   1. Do File | Explore | /databases directory
   2. Right click on the .DTB file to view the true file name, under
   Properties
   3. Rename the file if necessary

Follow the steps outlined below so that Windows Explorer will show you the
REAL file names -- do *not* hide extensions (last three letters of file
name), which Windows does by default.
