[WT-support] DTB databases

Hi guys,
I was not able to load  ARRL-USVE.DTB, ARIDX.DTB and some other files 
taken from http://download.win-test.com/databases/ into WinTest program. 
But I loaded EU_HF.DTB, AGCW_HNY.DTB just fine. I been following  
guidelines described in http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Database_Files
I'm curious now. I made any mistake, there is something about Win-Test 
that I do not know (two years with Win-Test and still feeling beginner)  
or there any trick hidden between lines?
