It works for me, even in Advanced SO2R...

It grabs the latest non-dupe highlighted callsign from the appropriate 
RTTY window (Radio 1 or Radio 2), insert it in the callsign field 
(assuming this field is empty), and send the INSERT message programmed 
in the SO2R Scenario ("$R2R2 $INSERT $R1R2" - for primary radio by default).
