[WT-support] u2R + Win-Test

Bob,

does this 1 to 2 second delay on the second radio has to do with the Task
#305 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=305> cause the
first time I tx on the second radio everything is ok, but after that first
time the radio will TX only 1 to 2 second after I pressed the F4 key, or
whatever other key.
