Hi All:

I have updated the dtb file based on the 2010 IARU HF Contest and the EC
Members' list of the three IARU Regions.

Please note that;
I have listed the following call signs as their respective Regions, however, they
might come up with "AC"
PB2T (R1) [NB2T (R1)], ZS4BS (R1)
YV5AM (R2) [YV5AMH (R2)], XE1KK (R2)
VK3KI (R3), JA1CJP (R3)

I have also listed two or more call signs for a Society who used different call
signs in recent years. (e.g. PA6HQ, PC6HQ, PG6HQ for VERON, etc)

A zipped dtb file can be downloaded and used at your own risk.
