[WT-support] Register software

Hello.
Today i have reinstalled 2 computers that have wintest installed before.
1 computer is just a reinstall and the other one is upgrade with new motherboard and things.
 
I wonder will i have to register 2 computers again and why cant i use the 2 serial numbers i have. Atleast the one on the laptop?
I got diffrent computer code on that one now.
