[WT-support] wt lame error

Last weekend I tried to get the recording and play function working.
But I got the following exceptions. Win-Test then finishes.
System is Windows 2000, WT 4.7, last available Version of lame codec.
(I got it perfectly working on my laptops with XP and Win7, but not on the PC at the station.)
Any help/advice appreciated.
