[WT-support] MicroHAM CW-Keyer to Win-Test

I have tested the MicroHAM program on a Win7 32 bit laptop and that is
working partly.

With setup 19200 bits, 8 data bits, parity none and stop bit 1 Win-Test
change the band according to the transceived.

BUT when I changed the band on the transceived Win-Test is not changing
anything.

If I pick up a link from the DX-cluster or bandmap the transceived is
changing. Also if I put in a frequency in the call sign or change band in
Win-Test with Alt+F1 or Alt+F2.

I have no problem with my FT-1000 and Win-Test when I change band on the
transceiver.

Any kind of solutions are welcome.
