I digged my TS-850 from under a pile of various radio stuff, and
installed it on my desk (oh boy, it's heavy and large !).

Actually, we have to deal with the optional split ON or OFF when the CQ
freq was set, the mode setting (that could have changed when running a
mixed contest) and several other funny things...

After tracing the Ominirig code if I'm not familiar with, I found
something that looked wrong.

I fixed it, but, as usual, my fear is having introduced side-effects for
other radio models. The K3 behavior looks normal, but I don't own any
other radio model.

On this occasion, I also added some small delays to prevent "stacked
commands" when using the Omnirig add-on, especially useful with some TRX
and various interfaces (hardware and software).

FYI, I forced a nightly build that is currently available (12-Sep-2010
15:11 or later), even if I understand you can't test it in the middle of
the contest ;-)
