[WT-support] New version of Enter Sends Message script for CQ WW Phone

I just noticed that the combination of ESM mode with S&P mode does not
immediately update the Check Country window as you type in a prefix.  It
happens with or without the new script.

Task #296 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=296> has
been opened.  Workaround:  press the spacebar to udpate the Check Mult
window (but this should *not* be required, especially when you have selected
Tools | Data Entry | Exchange Guessing | Automatically).

The Check Mult window udpates OK if you switch to RUN mode or to NOESM mode.
